Between undergraduate school and law school, Mr.
Bernard worked as a California licensed real estate
agent and worked in a management capacity with
Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.
Mr. Bernard's first job as a
lawyer was with the
Orange County District Attorney's office where he
tried 48 criminal cases. Subsequently, Mr. Bernard
went into Civil Litigation Practice at Lynberg &
Watkins where he became a partner in 2002. Mr.
Bernard chose to open
WFB Legal Consulting
in order to give more personalized service in
particular areas of the law involving families or
individual's who would be better served outside of
the high dollar "big firm" environment. This
decision led directly to the extensive development
of a Real Estate and Estate Planning Model to ensure
the retention of Residential and Commercial
Properties by Homeowners and Business People through
the
Modification of Loans and the utilization of
other
Debt Relief measures.
